Here Are Some Of The Frequently Ask Questions

Do I have to make any upfront payment in order to get started?

Absolutely not. Once you register and pick a product you wish to test, we will send you the required funds via Venmo or PayPal so you can order it online 100% free of product cost (tester is responsible to cover taxes)

Do I need to provide only positive reviews?

No. In fact, you don't need to leave a review at all. More than 95% of our testers voluntarily choose to leave reviews, but they're not required. If you prefer to send us an email with your comments and/or fill out our own product feedback form, that's totally fine. We just want your honest thoughts!

Do I get to keep all the products I'm testing?

Yes. You always get to keep the products to try. All we ask is that you leave some form of commentary on the items you test. That's it

Can I review more than one product?

Yes, you are able to pick multiple products at once. We usually limit testers to 3 at a time. Finish those and we'll send you more.

Do I need to write the review on the Amazon product listing only?

Not necessarily. You can also provide your feedback to our dedicated product feedback team if that makes it easier for you.

What if my application is rejected?

We will email you with reasons why an applicant can get rejected including but not limited to: zero or low reviews, incomplete application such as missing a link or payment information. Please feel free to email us for reconsideration once your application is updated. Emails for reconsideration are taken very seriously as they show the desire and effort on your part to be a dedicated tester.

We service Amazon, Amazon.ca, Walmart, Chewy, Etsy and many other platforms that carry great products!

Testerz.io connects individuals with brands looking for product testers. Testers sign up, apply to test products, receive them for free, test and review them, and keep them afterward.

How do I provide feedback?

Testers are required to provide honest and detailed feedback through a review of the product they've tested. This feedback is crucial for brands to improve their products.
